junior jeans online
For those with experience selling young women’s or junior girls’ clothes online…?
I’m planning to sell a few of my clothes so I was wondering if anyone can help me and tell me the estimate shipping costs for the following items:
-jeans, size 0 to 3
-size XS or S t-shirt
-size S zip-up hoodie
-a regular-sized paperback book
I’m just worried because I’ve sent out cosmetics before and the shipping costs can be around $1.30 for something small and light, so I can’t imagine how expensive shipping clothes would be.

The t shirt would be around 6 oz,the pants and sweatshirt could be anywhere from 13oz to 1.5 pounds,depending on what type of material they are made from, and the book would probably be under a pound.
For priority mail,anything 1 lb or under would be $4.60.Over 1 lb could be considerably more,depending on how far away it will be mailed(this is assuming that you will be shipping within the U.S.)Unless the item can fit in a priority flat rate envelope,then the cost would be $4.60 regardless of the weight.
I think your best bet would be to take a trip to the post office with an envelope(unless you plan on using priority-they have those there) and weigh each item individually.That way when you list the items eBay gives you an option to put the item’s weight in and calculates the cost for you.Good luck!
